Free repairs
Our third-party warranty provider comes out and fixes any mechanical issue free of charge. If it cannot be fixed for whatever reason within the first 30 days of purchase, we exchange it for the exact same make and model, free of charge.
$99 service charge
After 30 days, the warranty provider still comes out to fix any mechanical issue, for a $99 service charge. A $45 service charge applies to a home visit that ends with no repair needed.
Up to 4 years
Every appliance comes with 1 year of warranty, which can be upgraded to a total of 4 years for a small fee. Ask your sales associate when you buy.
The warranty is provided through a third party, which also handles delivery and installation if you choose to have your appliance delivered and installed.
