01 — Appliance Repair Technician

1. Examine malfunctioning home appliances thoroughly to identify and diagnose the root cause of issues.
2. Repair, replace or adjust faulty appliances and parts to restore them to optimal working condition.
3. Use technical manuals, diagnostic tools and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex issues across many kinds of home appliances.
4. Identify and order replacement parts, making sure they fit the specific make and model being repaired.
5. Follow safety protocols when working on electrical appliances.

02 — Delivery Team

1. Load appliances onto delivery vehicles safely and securely.
2. Plan delivery routes efficiently for timely, accurate deliveries.
3. Inspect delivery vehicles regularly and raise maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
4. Transport appliances safely, unloading and positioning them to the customer's preferences and delivery instructions.
5. Give excellent customer service throughout the delivery — friendly, professional, and ready to answer questions.

03 — Sales Associate

1. Help customers choose the right appliances for their needs, preferences and budget.
2. Stay current on the features and specifications of the appliances on the floor.
3. Give accurate, transparent pricing, prepare quotes, and explain promotions and discounts.
4. Process sales orders accurately and coordinate timely delivery.
5. Build lasting relationships with customers, including after-sale questions and warranty issues.
