Are your appliances new?
They are never used and not refurbished — open-box major appliances at up to 60% off market price. All of our major appliances are top notch and ready for use.
The exterior may have a slight cosmetic deformity, but it does not interfere with any aspect of the appliance’s ability to produce quality results.
Do you test the appliances?
Yes. Every major appliance is tested once received, to make sure it is in perfect working condition, and again before it leaves for customer delivery or pickup.
What warranty do I get?
Every appliance is backed by a free 1-year warranty covering all mechanical and functional issues.
- First 30 days: the warranty provider fixes any mechanical issue for free. If it cannot be fixed, we exchange it for the exact same make and model, free of charge.
- After 30 days: repairs carry a $99 service charge, and a home visit that ends with no repair needed carries a $45 service charge.
- The warranty can be upgraded to a total of 4 years for a small fee.
How do I make a warranty claim?
Sign in to the warranty portal at client.cpscentral.com, or call the showroom you bought from.
Do you deliver and install?
Yes. We not only deliver all major appliances, we install them as well. When you buy, ask your sales associate for the day that works best for you, and we will have it delivered and installed.
Can I take it home today?
Yes. Everything on the floor is ready to go home at any minute, so in-stock appliances can be picked up the same day.
Do you offer financing?
Yes — financing with no credit checks, to make things easier and help you take full advantage of special sales.
How can I pay?
Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard and Discover), and financing.
